You are sharing an oriented imagery layer as a web feature layer. The dataset contains data references to items that are not supported. Your oriented imagery layer can only reference images that are web accessible; locally stored images are not supported. The only exception is when local image files have been added as feature attachments to the oriented imagery layer.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Remove records with references to unsupported items.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button
that appears and click Select Layer In The Contents Pane. Right-click the layer in the Contents pane and click Attribute Table 
. Select the records containing the reference to the unsupported item and click Delete Selection 
. - Create a new oriented imagery layer that references images that are web accessible. For more information, see Create Oriented Imagery Dataset.
