You are sharing a web scene, but a 3D basemap layer in the scene is not supported on your portal version. Sharing web scenes with 3D basemaps is supported to ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 or later.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Remove the 3D basemap layer.
- Use a 2D basemap in the scene instead.
On the Map tab, in the Layer group, click Basemap
to open the basemap gallery. Under 2D Basemap, choose a basemap in the gallery. - Share the web scene to ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 or later.
