You are sharing one of the following:
- Map image layer (or a web map that shares one or more map image layers)
- Web imagery layer
- Map service
- Image service
The web layer or service is configured to draw dynamically from data or using tiles from a new cache. However, a cache matching the name and server folder exists in the cache directory.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Change the service name or server folder.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button that appears and click Show Name And Server Folder. On the General tab, provide a new service name, or specify or create a folder.
- Draw the layer from the existing cache.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button that appears and click Change Layer Drawing To Use Existing Cache. The existing cache will be associated with the web layer or service.
Note:
If you are sharing a web map with the Reference registered data: Exploratory or Reference registered data: Editable configurations, the Using an existing cache option is not available. You must change the service name or server folder of the map image layer. For more information, see Configure web layers in a web map.
- If you have access to the server's cache directory, delete the existing cache.
