You are packaging a map, scene, or project containing a map or scene that includes a network dataset layer. The coordinate system of the map or scene is different than the coordinate system of the network dataset. Both the horizontal and vertical coordinate systems of the map or scene and the network dataset layer must match.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Change the horizontal and vertical coordinate systems of your map to match the coordinate system of your network dataset. For more information on changing the coordinate system of your map, see Work with coordinate systems.
- Remove the network dataset from the map before packaging.
More information
When maps are packaged, all datasets within the map are projected to match the spatial reference of the map. Projecting a network dataset into a different coordinate system may cause street segments to no longer be spatially coincident, negatively affecting the connectivity of your network elements.
