Description
The Input Features parameter has either an unknown or undefined coordinate system. The features must have a coordinate system defined to properly georeference them on the earth's surface.
Solution
Verify the data's correct coordinate system with the data provider. Then use the Define Projection tool to assign a correct coordinate system.
