190145: Point is outside of Input Cost Surface.

Description

The points added to the map or in the selected layer are outside of the Input Cost Surface extent. The points must be inside of this extent to process this dataset.

Solution

If adding points interactively, delete the points and add new points that fall inside of the Input Cost Surface extents. If selecting a layer, visually compare the points to the Input Cost Surface to make sure they are contained within its extent. If this is the case and you continue to receive this error, you may need to use the Project tool to project the point layer to match the spatial reference of the Input Cost Surface.
