Description
The GeoAnalytics Server was unable to start analysis because there are not enough available resources. Depending on how your administrator has configured your GeoAnalytics Server, you may be limited to the number of jobs that can run concurrently. There may have also been a mistake configuring your server so the GeoAnalytics Server service is requesting more resources (for example, the number of cores and GB of RAM) than are available on your GeoAnalytics Server.
Solution
If there are other users running GeoAnalytics Tools, wait until they are done with their analysis. If you want to run more jobs concurrently or suspect there is an error with resource allocation, contact you administrator and ask them to modify the GeoAnalytics Server settings. If there are no jobs running and you modify the resources and continue to receive this error, restart the ArcGIS GeoAnalytics Server, wait 10 minutes, and try running the analysis again.
