You have included Attributes Of Interest that have the same numeric values. Where there is no variation in values, there is no way to distinguish that one candidate is more similar than another for that attribute. Attributes with zero variation in values are therefore dropped from the analysis.
Solution
Do not include Attributes Of Interest that don't have any variation in values. These cannot be used to assess similarity.
