Description
Enrichment uses block points to apportion data variables into grid cells. If a grid cell does not intersect enough block points, zero values may be returned for the features. See Understand data apportionment for more information.
Solution
Increase the value of the Cell Size parameter or specify Enrich Buffer as the Enrichment parameter value.
