For focal rectangular neighborhoods, the width or height cannot exceed the maximum of 4,096 cells. For circular neighborhoods, such as Circle, Annulus, or Wedge, the maximum radius is 2,047 cells.
For block rectangular neighborhoods, the width or height cannot exceed the maximum of 2,048 cells. For circular neighborhoods, the maximum radius is 1,023 cells.
