Description
Editing operations such as Update Diagram, Overwrite Diagram, Append To Diagram, Apply Layout, Extend Diagram, and Alter Diagram Properties are not supported on the network diagram you opened at a given historical moment.
Solution
Close the diagram map, switch to the current moment, and reopen the diagram before rerunning the operation.
