Description
Each band can only be used once within the Bands for NoData Value parameter.
Solution
Make sure that each band is only used once in the parameter. If ALL_BANDS is used, then no other bands should be specified.
If you want to specify more than one NoData value per band, then use a space delimiter between each NoData value.
