The conflict resolution policy specified is invalid for the specified synchronization direction. For example, for two-way replicas, if you choose to synchronize in both directions, you cannot choose a manual reconciling policy.
Solution
Ensure that you specified a valid reconciliation policy for the synchronization direction. To specify a manual reconciling policy and to synchronize in both directions, complete the following synchronization steps:
- First, synchronize in one direction (either FROM_GEODATABASE1_TO_2 or FROM_GEODATABASE2_TO_1), specifying the manual conflict resolution policy. Resolve any conflicts manually.
- Once conflicts have been resolved, synchronize in the opposite direction, specifying the manual conflict resolution policy. Resolve any conflicts that occur.
