Use pop-ups

In ArcGIS for SharePoint, a pop-up contains descriptive information about the features in each layer in a map. It displays attribute information based on the field values that you added to a map. A pop-up displays when you hover over or click a feature on a data layer, a reference layer, or a buffer/drive time layer.

You can change the way information is presented in a pop-up by changing the data and specifying the fields to display.

تلميح:

To anchor a pop-up on your screen while you pan and zoom the map, click the Dock button  Dock on the pop-up.

You can enable pop-ups in the Layer options pane. Some ArcGIS layers do not support pop-up configuration; in this case, the pop-ups option is not available in that pane.

Enable and configure pop-ups

To enable and configure pop-ups, complete the following steps:

  1. In the Layers pane, click the Layer Properties tab Layer properties.
  2. Choose a layer to modify from the Active layer drop-down menu.
  3. Expand the Pop-ups section.
  4. Turn on the Enable pop-ups toggle button to view the available options.
  5. Optionally, do any of the following to change how the listed fields appear in the pop-up:
    • Select a Title field option to display in a feature's pop up.
    • From the Layer fields to include drop-down menu, select the fields that will appear in the pop-up. Reorder the fields by dragging a field to a new location in the list.
    • If available, reorder any listed fields to appear above or below the Layer fields to include menu.
  6. Click the Layers tab Layers to return to the Layers list.
