On the Survey123 website, you can preview a form before distributing it.
By default, the left of the web designer displays the survey as it will appear to users, although without simulating any rules you may have put into place. The Preview button in the design pane opens a full preview of the survey, allowing you to test question visibility and functionality. There are also buttons on the right to emulate the resolution of a tablet, smartphone, or desktop for UI testing.
