Console

When you sign in to ArcGIS Marketplace, the Console page is available to you. The Console page is divided into two sections: Provider and User. you can view items and listings that you have listed from the marketplace, as well as those you have requested.

To access the Console page, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your ArcGIS Online organization with access to ArcGIS Marketplace.
  2. Click the Apps button Apps.
  3. Select ArcGIS Marketplace.
  4. Click your user profile and select Console.

Provider

On the Provider tab, you will see all the listings you have listed on the marketplace.

All Listings

On the All Listings tab, you'll see all the free, trial, and buy listings that your organization has posted on the marketplace. Each listing includes the following information:

  • Listing Name—The item listed on the marketplace.
  • Date—The date the item was listed on the marketplace.
  • Status—Tells you if the listing has been published or not.
  • Reports—Provides information on the usage of the particular listing. This includes the number of users in the specified organization who have logged in to the application or the number of credits the organization's members have consumed.
  • Related items—If applicable, this lists items you want to associate with a listing.
  • Edit Provision—Make changes to a listing in the details page.

Purchase Requests

After a customer has indicated interest in a non-ecommerce listing, you'll receive a notification acknowledging the request. A new entry will appear in this section with the following information:

Tip:

You have the option to download a comma-separated value with a list of all requests by selecting the Download as CSV button.

  • Listing Name—Displays the item name that is being requested.
  • Organization Name—Provides the name of the customer that has shown interest in your item.
    Note:

    Clicking on the organization name will display a pop-up with information on the Organization ID, Customer Name, Phone, and Email.

  • Initial Request—The date of the initial request, which could have originated as a trial or a full subscription. Click on the down arrow to organize items by the Initial Request date.
  • Grant Access—Provide access to a request. Here you can set the renewal date for the subscription or choose not to define one and you can also assign a maximum number of licenses.
  • Deny Access—Delete a purchase request.

Active Subscriptions

A list of all active subscriptions that you have with the marketplace.

  • Listing Name—Displays the item name that is being requested.
  • Organization Name—Provides the name of the customer that has shown interest in your item.
    Note:

    Clicking on the organization name will display a pop-up with information on the Organization ID, Customer Name, Phone, and Email.

  • Start Date—The date the subscription was accepted by you.
  • Renewal Date—The renewal date of the item (if it has one). You can select a renewal date by clicking the Edit Provision button Edit Provisions.
  • License Type—Specifies if the item is subscription, free, or trial based.
  • Delete Provision—You have the option to delete a subscription.
  • E-commerce Provision—Listing was bought through e-commerce.
Tip:

Expired subscriptions

A list of all subscriptions that have expired.

  • Listing Name—Displays the item name that is being requested.
  • Organization Name—Provides the name of the customer that has shown interest in your item.
    Note:

    Clicking on the organization name will display a pop-up with information on the Organization ID, Customer Name, Phone, and Email.

  • Start Date—The date the subscription was purchased.
  • Renewal Date—The renewal date of the item (if it has one). You can select a renewal date by clicking the Edit Provision button Edit Provisions.
  • License Type—Specifies if the item is subscription, free, or trial based.
  • Delete Provision—You have the option to delete a subscription.

User

Apps & Data

On the Apps & Data tab, all the free, trial, and buy listings and items that you have purchased from the marketplace are listed. For each item, you can view the following information:

  • Listing Name—The name of the item.
  • License Type—The license information including whether or not the app is a subscription. You can manage licenses for members here and update the sharing properties for items licensed by organization.

    If the listing is a trial, you'll see the number of days remaining until the trial ends.

  • Start Date—The date the item was purchased.
    Note:

    You can organize the date based on most recently added.

  • Renewal Date—The renewal date of the item if it has one.
  • Bundled Items—If an item has supported data services with the listing.

Requested Items

Items that you have requested but are pending approval from the provider are listed on the Requested Items tab. Once you send a request to purchase an item, the provider receives a notification, and they contact you with more details.

  • Listing Name—The name of the item.
  • Provider—The name and contact information of the customer making the request.
  • Date—The renewal date of the item if it has one.
    Note:

    You can organize the date based on most recently added.

  • Status—Status of the request.
Note:

Listings that are e-commerce enabled, appear on the Apps & Data tab once payment has been received by the provider.
