Specify theme colors

The ArcGIS Map Web Part allows specifying its theme colors. The theme colors are applied to dialog boxes, panels, the Map Center, the Navigation control, and other parts of the user interface (UI). The Map Web Part's theming functionality also integrates with SharePoint site themes. The colors available for selection on the color palette include the theme colors of the current SharePoint site. To change the web part's theme, click the Theme drop-down menu in the Theme group on the Application tab. In the drop-down menu, specify colors for the background, accents, and selections. Any changes are immediately reflected in the Map Web Part.

Specifying theme colors

You have two approaches to use when changing theme colors. The first is to use the Theme button alone and see the changes in the web part as you make them. The second approach is to use the Themebutton with the Preview button. The Preview button opens a dialog box with a UI that incorporates all of the different theme colors. To reset the Map Web Part's theme to the default colors, click the Reset button.
