Domain CNAME does not resolve to ArcGIS Hub
You must configure a CNAME in your domain name services provider that points to hub.arcgis.com before you can apply your custom domain to a site. See Use a custom domain.
Site URL not updated with custom domain
It takes approximately 24 hours for ArcGIS Hub to issue your site a new HTTPS certificate, so you may have to wait a day to see the site’s updated URL. If the URL isn’t updated after 24 hours, contact the ArcGIS Hub team through Esri Community.
